Is it the fault of the 'Maoist' with wrong ideals or the exploiting POLITICAL PROCESS , neglecting the deprived and down trodden innocents with 'tranquilisig' sermons by the ruling class.

Right to Education is a great political 'pill' for sedation unless 'Right to food & Right to Shelter' is admitted before and as the 'First'.
A starving belly can not afford the high 'Vote -catching ' magic word of approaching Election.
First allow them a shelter and food, I think, and then offer them knowledge.
